(Shamelessly stolen from the Flypast board...)

Check it out--it's all quite good.

I don't use cliche adjectives freely but that fella's stuff is phenomenal. Speaking as someone who's done a buncha gaming skins for both aircraft and human characters as well as dabbled in modeling and rendering, I am in awe of his work.

The first clip I saw of his was the 'Legacy' piece with the F-2s and Zekes and it fooled me for a bit. Most of his stuff has an indication or three that it is not real, but that one is tough to tell for the average Joe.

His latest, 'Merlins' is a stunning piece of work. Again, I don't go in for using words like 'phenomenal' and stunning too often. I reserve them for when they truly apply, and they do in this case. His dogfight sequences are dang groovy too, although his voiceovers are computer generated and suck quite badly! LOL

I guess my personal favorite has to be the Pete doing aerobatics and then landing by the Japanese battlewagons.

The kids seem to like the Franks attacking in "1945" the best!

I just hope there's more to come soon.

I agree with with BlackWolf, The heritage flight fooled me for a few minutes then I looked closer and noticed. I felt kind of foolish after that..

I could seriously see an excellent movie coming out of this centered around late war Pacific Theatre combat. Someone needs to come along with a fat budget and a superbly written script for "Jolly Rogers" the movie.

The Mosquito / Spit video was awe inspiring. I've never seen CGI that good. I was floored by the simple "Landing Hein" video too. Not sure what's he's referencing to get his flight characteristics just right. His most recent stuff is the best in this regard.

The in-cockpit portion of the combat sequence in "1945" was dead on! The guy seriously needs to hire some English voice over artists though.
