Just curious if anyone knew how the p-61 restoration was coming? Any news?

The last news I heard was in June of this year. The museum received the main spars (they had to have new ones made). This was a major hold up on the assembling major sections of the aircraft. During that time they were still hard at work on other sections, I don't have those details but I’m sure they have more that enough to keep them busy.

A member told me and I have heard it from some others that the goal, hope, is that she will be on her gear for the next WW2 Weekend in June. I hope that happens, what a great sight that would be. I’m sure that it would also really help out the project.
