A friend just e-mailed that the History Channel had a show on at 8pm tonight called "Private Collections" featuring Kermit Weeks Fantasy of Flight. I missed it, but it will probably be re-broadcast. Anyone see it? -Should be on again tonight at midnight.

There is also a piece on him in the current 'Forbes' magazine, which I skimmed through as I passed through the SFO airport bookstore a few days ago. It mentioned his desire to build a new town called 'Orlampa' near Fantasy of Flight.

The short blurb in FORBES was good. That was the first detailed history I have heard behind the income from his Grandfather. I like what he has done with his $$$! If anyone wants a PDF of the article drop me a note.

Is this part of the un-spoken plans for an airport in FL that a certain aircraft restorer just left for another B-17 project further north??

I saw the Liberty Belle there a week ago last Friday. Kermit said it would be there much of winter.
