Can anyone give me the Buno number for this A-6E? It’s at NAS Fallon NV. I just can’t make it out in the prints I have.

Also does anyone know what Provost is at the Barnes Airport near Springfield Massachusetts. I could not find anything on the airframe to get an Serial number or work number (what ever the British call it)

Thanks
Tim

I think it's WV495 as I have a note of it wearing this code plus it was exported to the US many years ago. I need to check my pictures from many years ago to confirm this.

Only reply so far Tim.

First off, thanks for the help getting me an ID on theses aircraft.

Second, I’m a bit sorry that I was not able to follow the original post with some missing info that I had. Not that it slowed anyone down at all. The Provost had some marking on the other side, what was readable was the numbers “495”. The rest was covered up. So it looks to be confirmed as WV495. Thanks for the help.

Anyone know the plans for the Provost? Seems like a bad idea to have it exposed in such weather.
