I've always wanted to know what happened to the Spitfire mk Vs of South Africa Squadrons no 7 and 74 that were captured by German forces on the the island of Kos off the Greek Coast in the Aegean Sea in October 1943.From what I've read several were intact when they were captured by the Germans but there seems to be no record on what they did to them afterwards .

Cheers

New to the forum, but not new to TIGHAR's shenanigans.

Season's Greetings!
