The following lists are of aircraft that were offered through the DOD Surplus Catelog venue. These military aircraft remains are essentually broken up scrap - not being offered as a possible flyer. I thought maybe those WIX members that are looking for a souvenir or are a parts collectors may find the lists useable. Very interesting lists you are providing. But, I wouldn't know the first thing about tracing the whereabouts of these planes. This one and the F4D at Goldsboro, 1971 got my attention.
22 Nov 1977..........F-11A.................New Hanover City A/P, NC
The F-11 had probably been out of the USAF inventory 10 years or more by that date. 3 ended up as display aircraft jn NC, that I know of. New Hanover City is certainly referring to the Wilmington airport.
