Great photos! How would I go about finding a photo of a specific A-20(G)? Flown by Ward Neff called the Cornhusker Nikki?

Thanks!

Here's some very interesting and quite unique combat photos of A-20's and B-25's in action. Most of the photos state "Clark Field Philippines 14 January 1945" but I'm thinking there's some PNG photos mixed In here as well. If you look closely at a few of these photos you'll see some amazing aircraft formations at low level. Intense stuff indeed. Quite a different world back then wasn't it? Bless them all.

this would seem to belong in front of that sequence (stamped 53686, A-53686, B-53686, C-53686) that has one going down at " Kakas, Dutch New Guinea (sic) ... Sep 1944 "

Yah! I noticed that one as well. Although I'm always a bit hesitant to post photos showing an obvious tragic loss, I feel it's somewhat appropriate here in this thread if no other than to remember their sacrifice.

Not enough recognition of the A-20 in combat IMHO ... of course that goes for just about every aircraft that served in combat during WW2, but that's just me ;)

3rd pic from bottom of last post is Hollandia. Taken by the tail camera of "Powerful Katrina" 13th Sq CO. Dick Walker's A-20.

That's a pretty amazing shot - on the bottom right you can see several of the enemy scampering away from (or blown off) the truck!
Where were the aft cameras mounted in these A-20s? Anyone have a photo of the camera port?
