Warbird Information Exchange

Went out to the Tora Tora Tora Practice at Brazoria County Airport, love the sound of round engines at 10 in the morning. Almost all the Tora birds were there except 1 Kate and Howard Pardue brought his Bearcat. A Stearman flew in as well and had two T-6s, one from the West Houston Squadron and 1 privately owned based at the airport near me and a CJ-6 was also on hand. And someone dont know who brought an L-29 in. I had fun wish I could have stayed all day but had things to do at home. And sorry no pics my Nikon D70s has not arrived yet sigh.

Nathan was it an L-29 or 39 ? What paint was on it ?

Rick it was an L-29 was Silver with Russian Star and had like a lightning bolt on the front.
