I think you ALL need to chill out and get back on track and start talking warbirds again. I don't see where the ebay ad was a attempt to decieve or defraud the museum and I believe that's the spirit of the copywrite laws. The poster just was too lazy put something together on his own and cut and pasted instead.
I actually had one of my photos downloaded and used has the cover label for a CD-Rom of AT-6 manuals. Now that's a diiferent story.
Rob, you should concentrate on the positive and fun side of things instead of trying to police the world.
Just my 2 cents.........flame suit on!!

Dear Sir
What a pleasure to see that someone on this sight see,s it for what it is worth , yes you could be correct,!!!! at that time i was lazy to write some article up , neverthelless there was no Fraud intended, i feel as that some people here should stop trying to police the world. Now you have no idea who i am, yes of course you can make your little snide comments, Now regards to other items that are on our website etc so what. they are all correct .

Now I think the gentleman who wrote before me,!!! is correct ,take note to his statement.

Leave it alone gentlemen !!!!!! ah these planes are not in the US none of them plus all aircraft are 100% de mil,

For terms and cond , read our website simple

Now Photos information i have no problem with people using mine i have hundreds that we have taken , feel free to ask for some.

So my point is clear if anyone wants to have help or details on aircraft , or parts , then you can go to our site and threw the site you can ask .

I think it has gone on enough. But to your comment about not defrauding the museum. If you look at the first post, the museum did get some questions about if we were selling the Mig. We have had this happen many times in ads. The Wixers were informed that it wasn't for sale and ebay was informed that the info was not correct. That's what you do to protect your stuff. The rest just turned into a rant.

Hi Doug,
I sort of agree with you.
I can easily imagine people seeing the museum's MIG on ebay
and assummed that it was for sale.
I'd be irritated has h*ll if it was me.
But, the poster I don't believe was trying to defraud the museum.
He was just too darn lazy to do his own ad.
Good fly'in! Jack
