Talked with butch years ago bout shipping the turbo for the p47 he got from David T during one of his chapter 11. Seem to be a nice guy down to earth farm boy type, guessing he's not with us now. So Hairless Joe part of this sale?

Schroeder's P-47 "Hairless Joe" was sold several years back to Jack Erickson (former Tillamook Air Museum, now the Erickson Aircraft Collection), where it has continued to fly, now based in Madras, Oregon.

I was just with Butch about a week ago (that's who I got the T-33 manuals from), not only did he have several vintage Corvettes in his hangar that be already restored but had a few restorations in progress. Butch has a nice polished T-6 on one side of the hangar and in the other a very nice polished P-51 that he allowed me up close to! :drink3:

Could you let us know when a complete online catalog is available?

Tail gun housing from what?
Wish some of the descriptions had more detail.

From what Butch told me, not to often. He did say his son would be flying it soon. :drink3:

Sorry for the slight thread drift, but in reply to TJ, here is one of several shots I took of "Lil' Margaret" as Butch was preparing to leave Oshkosh in 2010. I know John Lane has flown the aircraft on several occasions too - including bringing the aircraft out to the Warhawk Air Museum in Nampa, Idaho back in 2009.

Butch's son has taken Lil' Margaret to several airshows in the last couple years. Not sure how much Butch himself still flies it though.
