what happened to the george at th usaf museum?? when i was their a few years ago it was not present

I believe that the Preserved Axis Aircraft site is in error calling the NASM George an N1K1. It's an N1K2J (low-wing, not mid-wing).

I took these shots of it in October 1981, before NASM aquired it. It was on display outdoors at Willow Grove NAS for many years.
