Can anyone help identify the individual at center of the photo below: it was taken circa August 1975 during the proof-of-concept QF-86E (Canadair Sabre 5) drone tests at Holloman AFB, NM. At right is Bob Laidlaw (founder of FSI) and at left Bill Davies. It is my suspicion that the guy in the middle was responsible for the military side of the test but would appreciate any ideas.

1975 was before my time at FSI but I did ask around. Sorry no luck.
