This is the first I’d heard of this Mossie restoration. Is it being restored to taxi-able condition?

Yes, its hoped for taxi-runs will take place this year some time.

The rebuilding of this NF.11 has been owner Tony Agar's lifes work for some 45 years to get to this point.
