What a find! Thanks for sharing it with us.
By the way, the "vade mecum" in the title is a Latin phrase for "take me with you"; in this case the meaning is likely "field guide".

To the three people that replied, you always wonder what do others see what you see in any subject or a particular piece of information in the form of a scrapbook, thank you and yes it is a good find that needs to be out there even if you do not know the Dutch language, but Google helps in that area also, Leuke vondst!.
