(Not sure why the link won't work, but if you type in Sukhoi in the "Manufacturer Name" box, you will get all Sukhoi's registered in the US.

I think they are at Groom so might have to look into the Secret Projects forums,Black world side of things.Think its why they are still flying the F117s as well there as well to emulate gen 5 Stealth aircraft against the newer tech.
