Had a guy run me up to over 375$ for a manual for my Fairchild. After the auction he had the audacity to offer me a copy at something like 55 cents a page.. I laughed back at him and told him could get a copy from NASM at 5 cents a page... Never heard back from him.

I was actually just emailing someone about how to scan large format documents and they had an interesting suggestion: Go to FedEx Office or Office Depot! I haven't tried it and I would be somewhat skeptical of their handling methods and output quality, but it might be useful for a one-time project.
