Intake identification question

Intake identification question

I'm, unsuccessfully so far, trying to ID the intake part shown attached. I read the part number on the top left of it as 28P5009 and have proved it to match the stud pattern on the top of a Bendix PD12 carb.

Anyone out there know it and what a/c it was used on?
