This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

I’d get rid of some of the seats and replace them with a bunk bed and a Porta-Pottie. The ultimate Oshkosh camper. No tent for me!

The American Heritage Museum is quite smart with their collection policies.
They have been quietly arrange to acquire aircraft most people thought would be impossible to get.
After the decision to display much of the aircraft in a static museum, they very quickly arranged to have
aircraft loaned to them, The Lake Michigan SBD and Wildcat just two of them. That freed up N11FE to be sold,
hopefully bringing more dollars to the museum to continue their work. If they can create in the future, what they have done
with the current museum, it will be a stunning venue. It's a smart move to sell Foote's FM-2.
BTW, I'd keep that Wildcat as is!
