Round motor fans don't HATE pointy-nosed aeroplanes, we just happen to like round ones more.

Who will ever really know for sure why Curtiss took a perfectly good airplane like the P-36 and stuck a pointy on it?

nah ! it'd make a good photo-ship for an echelon of P-51's flying wing.....

seriously maradamx3: this isn't any love or hate thing - we all here just have our preferences when it comes to warbirds and we like to rub it in when given the chance....

- any piston engine, be it round or inline, attached to any warbird is a welcome sight & sound to me
