Warbird Information Exchange

I've seen this photo before; the plane looks like it's parked on a hardstand. The photos of it in Final Cut show it sitting in sand, broken in two pieces near a P-47 wing - was the above picture taken after the first test it went through, then was it moved somewhere else and banged up worse on the second test?
