I seem to recall a few Connies were restaurants in the past, including the Canadian Connie currently being fought over.

I'll happily eat in any C-97 restaurant I come across. If this is what it takes to save another aircraft from the scrapman, I'm all for it.

That looks cool to me also. I'm trying to build up a list of aviation themed restaurants and bars. I guess I could start a new thread but where to post it?

Love the idea of aviation themed restaurants and like the idea of eating inside this KC-97. But really don't like the look of those booths & the track lighting overhead, would really have liked to see something more aviation themed for seating & lighting.

(It's their money and they can do as they like.)

:?
