It's fairly easy, just use this as a template

Serial #: 51-14666
Construction #: 182-353
Civil Registration:
Unknown
Model: T-6G
Name: None
Status: Displayed
Last info: 2003

History:
Delivered to Thai AF as ???, 19??.
RTAF Museum, Bangkok, Thailand, circa 1967-2003.

Source(s):

Photo Source(s):
Steve Darke/www.thai-aviation.net

And you can send it to submit@REMOVEwarbirdregistry.org (delete the REMOVE before sending) and you can attach images to the e-mail. Please make sure you list sources and credit's where applicable and please list the type and serial number in the subject line, it makes it easier for me to sort them that way. Also, one e-mail per aircraft (instead on one e-mail with 10 aircraft in it) is more useful but not required.

Thanks.
