Any potential updates to the line up or is it pretty set at this point?

It'd be good to put some substance to the Lancaster rumor. Does anyone know at this point if she'll be attending?

I concur. The CWHM flying schedule has both the Lanc and the B-25 as attending. Would be great to see the Lanc, B-17, B-29 and Mosquito in formation!!!

Almost like this, the B-17 couldn't catch up to the formation, and I had a crappy camera back then, but this is the Lanc, B-29, B-25 and P-51:

Along with the schedule, we have them coming confirmed for a visit to the Canadian Historical Aircraft Association in Windsor, ON on the Sunday evening and Monday after TOM. So I'd say they should be attending.

If any anyone is still in the area on the 31st we'll be having an open house at the CH2A for their visit. This will run from 10am to 3pm.

With about one month to the show, I am hoping that Michael Luther may have a couple or so more vintage warbirds to add to the impressive lineup.

Among other possibilities, the CWHM's Lancaster and B-25 would be excellent additions!

:D

I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but it is a case of "I'll believe it when I see it" for the ME262. It canceled on us twice before first time in 2010, second time I think 2013. If it does show up it will be worth my trip up north this year since I am basically coming up for Thunder Over Michigan this year and the Cleveland Air Show the following week.

Looks like thunder could have had the Collings Foundation stop by had Thunder been during the normal scheduled time since they are in Michigan the next couple of weeks. It sure would be nice to have a B-24 with that PB4Y.

The Blue Angels draw Big Time, and it is worth moving the dates to accommodate them. Remember, this show is a fund raiser for the museum. If a show had everything people wanted to see, there would be no reason to hold another. That's what keeps the game interesting, striving for the perfect show. It never happens.

Cheers,

Tom Walsh.

Anytime that Boring666 guy is complaining about Thunder, I've had a great time.

The Tour Crew would love to come to Thunder but unfortunately we will be in NJ...we do have several aircraft that could participate...A-36, Skyraider, F4U-5, A-4, 262, T-33, F-100, F4F, and a Goose. My friend Wayne would love to bring P-51 Sarah Jean to the show :)
