Warbird Information Exchange

How old is that photo of "Chuckie", Zane? I don't recall seeing our props anything other than black. Was that one a fresh overhaul that hadn't been painted yet?

I don't know when that was taken...I got it off the museum website.
The black blades are fairly new to the airplane. When fotobass mentioned the silver blades, all I could see in my mind was silver blades on Chuckie...one remembers the blades that you have to turn and count...
