Sorry Jack, I don't have any cool old pictures to post like you do. I don't consider myself a "Lucky Bastard". If I saw the girls as they changed, I would be "lucky". If I took pictures of them changing, I would be a "Bastard". If I helped them change, THEN, I would be a "Lucky Bastard"

Stephanie, Just for you.
For the football fans, this was taken right after I flew over Tom Landry's funeral. When we get the engine on, I'll get Scott to take a few pictures of it. Maybe with a girl or two.

The corsair is beautiful, but since size does matter, perhaps you would prefer the big one.

I know, I know...I just couldn't resist.

Love the picture, thank you - what a nice shot. Someday I tell you, someday I'll fly a Corsair - if it's the last thing I do! :)

EDowning and RickH, you two crack me up - read both of those responses to a friend I was on the phone with, we both got a good laugh out of it! :)

 LOL, too funny.

Stephanie, I'd be careful with Eric's offer if I were you... as you can see in the picture, his has small red spots on it. :snakeman:

Because, when it was owned by David Johnsonne, he let me check out in it. A month later, he came to get it and asked me how much time I had flown it. I said " 5 hours". He got mad and said " I've wasted a trip to Dallas. I want you to get 30 hours in it then call me". As we didn't have a B17 handy, and the weather was bad in the morning preventing Lone Star from bringing thiers, we put together a flight of warbirds. I flew it because I didn't want to get David mad again. Plus, as you can see, chicks dig it. 8)

Doug, a serious question if you don't mind, I won't make it a habit? Is the Corsair hard to land or fly? It had a lot of mishaps back then, wasn't good on carriers. Jim Tobul says is was not hard, I saw Kermit do multiple touch and goes on one wheel at Bkd, but then he's not your average warbird pilot.
