Steve O. Reno...THANKS! Excellent photo...just what I was looking for to show my buds what I was talking about...thanks for posting that. :)

John Curtiss-Paul, you mentioned your Dad's E-model having parts from this P-40...what bird does your Dad fly?

Here's one when Bud Granley flew it into Salem for some radio work. He flew it in a number of airshows in the NW and did some great acrobatics in it.

In what shape were the internal bits and pieces your dad got? Judging from the photo atop the gas station the cockpit was open, and as far as I know the weather there is not exactly like southern California...
