i don't want to venture a guess as i havn't seen a data plate come up for a 109.. question is does anyone have one for sale?

the only ones i have heard of are project 109s which start from $250+. i believe there are still at least 2-3 projects up for sale.

The price for a data plate could be anything, cheap if your lucky or thru the roof for a combat vet. Just about all Bf-109's had combat history unlike Allied a/c.
Depends on the Werk #, history of the a/c, etc. A plane flown by an Ace would be extremely valuable.

Mike

But how authentic? It certainly doesn't appear to be from an A6M. Any educated guesses?

Ok, maybe I am not an English, or Japaneze major, but stupid question: Why are the numbers on the gauges in English and the words in Japaneze?

The Japanese use numbers just like us.

The Imerial Japanese Navy airspeed indicators were calibrated in knots, the Imperial Japanese Army in kilometers.
