Suggestion - pick a plane you know will be there... (Princess Elizabeth is already onsite) pick a day when most folks will be there (Sat?), and a time when everyone should be onsite (noon?). Perhaps ask the announcer to make an announcement about the 'WIX meeting in 15 minutes for all those interested', or something....

Just a couple thoughts
