I've got a friend that took some pictures on the set, while on a layover there. If I get over his way in the next few months, I'll borrow them and post some..........

Here are a few shots of the one Japanese Carrier model that I took at the Empire State Aeronautical Museum in NY. Seeing as it was so big it was a bit had to get good shots of.

It is my understanding that it was built for Tora Tora Tora and used in the filming.
