After 60 years of our running around with our fly open trying to impress the rest of the world about the size of our schwartz, I still would like it pointed out in writing where it says we are the worlds cops!
During Bosnia my thought was to build an 85 foot high wall around the place with one door, wait by that door untill the shooting stopped and shake hands with whomever opened the door from the other side.
A great deal of the problems in todays world come directly from the British 'creating' nations after WW1 out of ethnic groups who have hated each other for millenia-
