Hi Chaps - forgive me, but Matt is certain its B-17 - but Martin's TOs indicate possible C-47 use?
I'm confused- whats the best guess chaps?

Ben,
Your mystery prop can be from anything you want as long as it is a B-17, B-24 or C-47. Unless you have a photo of that serialed numbered prop on a particular aircraft, then you will never know.

Thats what I understood from you mate - just got a bit confused there!
I'm going with C-47 being most likely unless I can get definitive confirmation contrary -
