That and dealing with any race. If the goal is for everyone to be equal, why keep bringing up the differences when someone accomplishes something? Just because someone of a certain sex/race has not done something before doesn't mean they were were prohibited from doing so, perhaps no one of that sex/race wanted to do it before.
