Mgawa, this was a commission project (i.e., "sold" from Day 1), as is almost everything I do these days. Matter of fact, I'm backed up about two years at present with commission work. I only have a few pieces that are 'unsold', and those sure look good in my house! :D

This is excellent to hear Wade and I am glad that things go smooth with your art. Technical question- propeller disc are perfect look.... is this airbrush or dry brush of very thin coat of paint over dry background?

I am generally more of a direct painter, working wet-into-wet most of the time. I use glazes or scumbles as final touches only - usually only to enrichen or darken a passage. The prop 'arcs' were painted directly using my 'sky' color tinted/darkened with a deep blue as I worked through those areas.

The "prop zing" (the white highlight line) on the prop arcs were added opaquely almost last after everything underneath had dried.

What's an airbrush? :roll: Heh heh, by that I mean I prefer the painterly look ...
