Mikes correction being the FW bit, ie: not Fw, rather than the absence of the markings (I hope).

Mark V,

Do you know of any plans to fly the three to Five Airwothy Flugwerk 190s in Europe this summer?

Eagles head marking normally indicates III./JG2, although with that '1' showing I wonder if this is maybe painted to represent the II./JG2 machine flown by Oberleutnant Horst Hannig...???

I am pretty sure there will be at least three flying by the end of the summer but there are no plans to bring them together that I am aware of.

Too late for that now. Until one of the new aircraft flies and proves its capable of sustained operation in private hands (ie willingness to put the aircraft on the show circuit) then they will continue to be a rare sight. This happily looks set to change within weeks with the anticipated first flight of the Dijon based example.

What about the German-based one? (i.e., not the Flug-Werke example?)

Hello,

The french Fw190 is close to fly: currently on taxi-test run and run-up:
Some pictures available on this french forum: http://www.foxalpha.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12116&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=380

With on the same thread, some pictures of the Spitfire of the owner of the 190. Just received a overhauled: new motor with a 5 blades propeler and a new paint (It's the former Plane Of Fame spit who had the contra-rotative propeler)

If everything goes right, the FW will fly in La Ferté Alais, for the airshow, 30-31th of May.
