When I was there in 2007, they had hoped to break ground in Spring '08. They weren't certain then because of funding.

I remember seeing that and the seat that Jackie sat in and being able to stand in the same spot LBJ took the oath of office. It was very moving to me to be standing in history. It was very exciting and melancholy at the same time.
