I'm not familiar with the standard aircraft conditions of waiver, other than knowing that those pilots have to be in the random drug testing program and the riders don't have to be members. The pilots of the limited planes (like the Yellow Rose) and experimental planes do not have to be in the drug testing program, and the riders all have to be a member of the CAF (usually a "Supporting Member").
An aircraft with a standard airworthiness certificate and maintained to 100 hr standards shouldn't need a waiver, 501(c)3 or not, should it?
