This Storch only flew once post-rebuild and it was in March last year. It's a French-built example that possibly utilised a German fuselage frame.


Thanks for the clarification on the dates and number of flights Robbo. My information on it being an original German example is based on the fact that it is registered as an Fi-156 rather than a Criquet, and that the reg details include an original Werke Number and a construction date of 1942.

The werke No doesn't trace back to production records though. Peter posted about the history of his Storch on PlaneTalk last year.
