The broker on this deal is very hard to deal with, my business partner and I tried to buy the Stearman stuff and Mustang wreck last time it was listed on Barnstormers. We offered to put a down payment on it, give him the asking price and even more if needed and had cash in hand but he kept dragging the sale out giving us his word that it was ours for the taking. We kept in contact with him each week with him saying that he need more time for paper work and that the following week he would be ready for us to make the trip down, next thing we knew was that he sold the P-51H by the post here on WIX. He never called us back nor responded to our emails after the sale of the P-51. Guess he really doesn't want to sell this Stearman stuff that badly.
