The figures are from an aussie book, 'Meteor,Sabre and Mirage'from 1989 by Australian Aviation.They don't seem toi have available anymore:

I have several of the books from here,and they are terrific books,focusing on Aussie use of various aircraft,and details on the construction side of things for those built here.
