We got about 3' here in Rindge NH, a stones throw from Mt. Monadnock. For the first time the plow equipped ATV had trouble removing all the icky white crap that showed up overnight, in spite of the fact i did a first pass on the driveway at 10pm the night before. Had to rescue it with a snowblower, once it had some running room it took care of the white crap, but it took 5 hrs. to get everything cleaned up. Amazingly we did NOT lose power at all, unusual for this town as the grid here is a total cob job. A quick dusting of the satelite dish and the telly was back to normal. Downside to the whole storm was that the gym I frequent at the local college collapsed!! it was one of those huge inflateable buildings and it seems all the air escaped! fortunately it was closed when it failed. Overall the storm wasnt near as impressive as the one in '78
