By way of an update, NZ Post are investigating from this end, so hopefully they will come up with an explanation of some sort.
Meantime if you haven't already, drop me a PM and I will get the replacements off to you. I just received a message from Sopwith (UK) and his replacement arrived in just four days, so it obviously avoided the black hole found by the original mail out :roll:
