According to the AF serials website, the F-16 is a B model used in the F-22 test program as a chase plane, retired to that musem in 2011. The Gov't is probably afraid to let alot of the parts, like engines, get out of their direct control.....Might not make much sense, but when do most Gov't actions ever make sense?
