I think this is Palen's now retired Tri-plane. If I read correctly on their website it looks like they have another one in similar markings that flies now. http://oldrhinebeck.org/ORA/collection/ ... -aircraft/

Edit: I asked on their Facebook page and they confirmed that one Dr.I is a flyer, another is static at Rhinebeck and a third is on loan at the NEAM.
