DOH!! Eyesight and brain both shot.

Jay Wisler has Griffon valve covers for sale as well. Look under "Parts for Specific Aircraft."

OK, one more - I'm looking for anything out of the cockpit of a C-123 to help restore a static display.

Thanks!

I'm deperately looking for sighting heads for N-3B and N-3C gunsights. The sights are easily found but the sighting heads are a different matter.
Didn't even see one on Ebay for the last 2 years.

Not sure if this is a parts thread or an info thread, but I have always wondered what became of this DC3. These photos were taken at Dupage Airport, about 30 miles north of Chicago, back in 91 or 94. There was another DC3 there at the same time and looked as though it was ready and was rumored to be heading to St. Louis at the time. But always wondered where Air Moloki ended up.

I’m looking for absolutely anything associated with Dale Mabry Army Airfield in Tallahassee, Florida.

According to this site (if I read it correctly):

http://home.hccnet.nl/p.w.riool/dc03.html

4926 C-53-DO xxx 42-6474 XA-DUI XA-HIP N5139B
N46TE N162E N22RB [W/O]

Douglas C-53/DC-3A C/N #4926 is now N22RB:

Image

http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?regsearch=N22RB&distinct_entry=true

"N22RB is used for nostalgia flights in and around the Orlando area"

The photos do show those strange oversize windows, so I think it is a likely match!

What specific parts do you need for the 150SE? Any interest in a complete turret?

.....I'm always looking for B-29 parts!

Of particular need right now are parts for the pneumatic bomb doors, I need the following incase anyone is using them as boat anchors:

Fwd. bomb bay compressor assy. Assy# 15-1759-1
Pneumatic actuators :!: P/N's:
15-17564-1 & 2
15-17565-1 & 2
or 15-17583 (Bendix 405030)

Anyone who can find me some actuators will win a free N-3C gunsight!

Speaking of B-29 parts. Does anyone know the wereabouts of the engine part of a B-29 APU? (Besides the BBQ'd one in Kee Bird) A friend of mine has the generater pieces, framework etc, but the motor is missing. Also, did any other A/C use that same type APU?

At the risk of sounding completely stupid, who is Jay Wisler, and where do I find the site these parts are listed on? Thanks
