To my knowledge, this is the only "Kate" to have made it to the US. This was extensively flown in the US starting in late 1944 and may have been "worn out" early on. I understand through Bob Mikesh that NASM sought a Kate for its collection and thought they had accessed one, but when the crate was opened years later found this to be a "Grace" (much less significant). Sounds like the Kate was long gone before planes were collected for museum use.
