My point being that you would think Boeing would have the research resources in place in order to apply an authentic military paint scheme. Matter of fact you don't need any resources. Just look at any picture of an olive-drab B-17!

Mistakes happen... I'm sure it will get corrected eventually. At least it's being actively worked on and isn't sitting outside.
