What a tragic loss. Steve Irwin was one of my modern-day heroes. Cindy and I traveled to Australia last year to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. One of our stops was The Australia Zoo. We were very fortunate that Steve and Terri were actually there that day, and they did the "main event" croc feeding show. That was, we were told, a rare occurrance because they spent most of their time filming TV segments and doing actual wildlife rescues. We both will miss Steve. I hope that Terri will carry on with their programs. What they do is very worthwhile.
