Yes, their is.
(and for the life of me cannot remember which book says it, but I know it clearly said NAA reacted to Do-17)
.as the DO17 production began in 1936, the NA40 began in the late 30's and the NA62 (B-25) project began in 1939 with the loss of NA40.. The NA62 (B-25) project was a redesigned version of NA40 which led to the "B-25" which was bought by the government right off the drawing board with no production model produced for evaluation.
