A lesson to be learned here, is in the restoration business maybe whatever time you estimate to get it done should be multiplied by 3.
Very good advice here on lesson 1. Not so sure about lesson 2 but then again I'm lucky enough to work for corporate america and not the feds.
Having said that corporate america ain't what it used to be.
