I need to get my CFI sometime...although it mostly seems like a huge pain in the butt to get.

The rumor I heard was "everyone busts their CFI checkride the first time". Obviously that's a generalization, but it doesn't sound very appealing.

Rmember what I told you , Randy. A CFI could prove to be very helpful in attaining some of your Warbird goals ! It could prove to be a phabulous career move on your part ! :lol:

Randy, I always figured you for the type that gravitated torward flying night cargo in a tired Navajo, dodging level 4s.

Yes, yes...I think about that frequently! Unfortunately, I don't think I can get an FAA CFI certificate while in the UK. Anyone know?

Hell, that's twice as dangerous as what I do now!!!

I'll be perfectly happy with a career that allows me to own/fly a sweet taildragger in my off time. :)
